Keneally in home security scare
Security at NSW Premier Kristina Keneally's eastern Sydney home is under review after police were called to the house when she heard a noise at the front door. Ms Keneally said she was working upstairs on Wednesday night when she heard a noise at the front door of her Pagewood home. Finding the door open, a worried premier called police. "I don't know what it was. I heard noises at the front door, when there shouldn't have been anybody there, and I called the police," Ms Keneally said on Thursday. "They responded. They were very professional and thorough in their response and it enabled my children to go back to sleep, and for us to get on with our night." Ms Keneally said there was no sign of a break-in, and that "everyone and everything is safe and well". However, a review of security at her home was now under way.
