Realtor, interior designer get 3BD in Near Northeast
Christopher N. Hardgrave and Tiffany L. Hardgrave bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 624 14th St. N.E. in Washington, D.C. from the Fox Watts for $510,000 on Oct. 27. The 1,704-square-foot house in the Near Northeast neighborhood was built in 1908. Mr. Hardgrave is a realtor at Keller Williams Capital Properties. Previously, he has been an F-16 fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He received his B.S. in economics from Florida State University and an M.S. in international relations from Troy University. Ms. Hardgrave is an interior designer in D.C. She specializes in old world walls and sells her canvases by mail. She has worked at numerous interior design firms on the High Street in Cambridge. She also painted commissions for commercial and private clients across Great Britain. She received her B.S. in merchandising and design from Florida State University. She attended Regents Academy in London for her interior design degree.
