We, as in Greg, replaced the Tub/Shower faucets today. It's a p-R-o-J-e-C-t for we, as in Greg, ameteurs. Mitch, who works at Home Depot on Pierson Rd. will always hold a special place in my heart. He was very helpful~all 8 times that we visited him today. Back to work tomorrow. I've acually been back a few times this week. I guess I should re-phrase that; Back to work tomorrow w/students. :) There is going to be another snow storm Tuesday night. 3 to 6 inches expected. I have chicken soaking in buttermilk, I'm making fried chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and bisquits. Martha Stewart-ON DEMAND/Chicken 101-made it and it looked delicious!! And, it didn't cost anywhere near the 40 bucks that a chicken meal costs at KFC. We buy or I should say used to buy the 16 piece meal. I'm making 20 pieces. LOL. Apple Crisp for dessert. YuM! The chicken was awesome!!! The mashed potatoes 'turned into' baked sweet potatoes because the water was turned off so Greg and Robbie could fix the bathroom, and there was no apple crisp because we only had 3 apples left, (darn teenagers!!). I chopped up the apples and sauteed them in butter, added brown sugar, mollasses, cinnamon, ketchup, and northern beans.
