Home electronics: MiniStation TurboUSB is 'a light storage solution'
 The MiniStation TurboUSB Portable Hard Drive HD-PF series from Buffalo offers consumers a small and light storage solution, the manufacturer claims.It has a shock-resistant design, which consists of a hard exterior and shock-absorbing dampers on the inside of the device that protects the external hard drive. The product also features intefrated cable management, which includes a wrap-around USB cable that can attach to the case so it is not lost. "Store, back up and transport digital images, music and other files without taking up space on your PC's hard drive," explained Buffalo. The MiniStation TurboUSB external hard drive also comes with mobile versions of Thunderbird email client and Firefox Web browser. It is USB powered and therefore needs no extra power supply and the Memeo AutoBackup Software backs-up files from the user's PC or Mac automatically. Last month, the manufacturer's DriveStation Combo4 was given a Laptop Editors' Choice Award.
