AAK Davao finds new home at Beefit Gym
The Association for the Advancement of Karatedo (AAK) Davao City Chapter which will be fielding players from December 19-21 in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia for the 2008 KOI (Kobe-Osaka International) Asian Karatedo Championships has found a new home – the Beefit Gym and Aerobics along Mt. Apo St. at the top level of Elle’s Pension House. AAK Davao chief instructor Rommel Tan said they began their sessions at Beefit last Monday, December 1 and classes/training sessions are now ongoing every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. “We are going full steam with our training for Malaysia but we are still inviting kids and adults to sign up and join our program. We would like to thank Jimmy Javier for accommodating us at Beefit Gym Elle’s and we hope that he will continue supporting us in the days to come,” he said.
