Great Falls Designers Featured at Washington Design Center
Great Falls firm Gunter-Hatch Design Group was selected to design one of the rooms in the Washington Design Center’s 24th presentation of the Design House, entitled "Casa Couture." The Fall 2008 Design House, residing within The Washington Design Center, provides lifestyle-conscious consumers an entrée into the world of high-end home décor. The theme, Designers in Vogue, features eight rooms, each inspired by interior design trends from across the globe. Gunter-Hatch Design Group is a full-service interior design firm, founded by Tami Hatch and Pattie Gunter. Their body of work includes residential and commercial interiors, as well as furniture and product design, including work for several national home furnishings companies. Drawing inspiration from the lifestyle and tastes of a well-traveled photographer at home, Gunter-Hatch Design Group designed their space, the Photographer’s Study, as a creative retreat for a woman whose work has taken her around the world. Surrounded by photographs, sculptures, and objects gathered from her travels, this is a place she may share with friends, colleagues, and family. The Fall Design House at the Washington Design Center is open to the public Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. The Fall Design House will remain open until Dec. 13.
