FEMA teams to give home improvement advice in Orange starting Monday FEMA teams will be outside the Home Depot, 603 Strickland Dr., in Orange starting Monday to answer questions about home improvement and how to protect homes from future disasters, according to a news release from the agency. There will be there Monday through Nov. 8, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The teams will have information on building techniques for flood- and wind-resistant homes, home elevation, safe rooms, wind straps and other topics.
