Home builder gives back
Geranium Homes has marked its first venture in Stouffville by giving back to the community. The Markham builder opened its Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point model home on Millard Street east of Hwy. 48 this fall. luxury townhomes in northwest stouffville Geranium principals Earl Rumm and Barry Feiner, president Mario Giampietri and vice-president Boaz Feiner presented Mayor Wayne Emmerson with $5,000 for the Whitchurch-Stouffville Emergency Care Fund. Geranium’s second phase of the development features luxury townhomes set on extra deep ravine lots.
