Little Gym operators buy West Delray home Mitchell and Marlo Greenberg bought a home at 16019 Rosecroft Terrace in West Delray from Tousa Homes, Inc. for $543,779 on June 27. The house is in the Grand Haven at Linton Boulevard development. The Greenbergs have owned the Boca Raton/Delray Beach branch of The Little Gym, the national chain of children's fitness centers. They have been teaching children for several years and took over the gym in 2006. Home sales in West Delray have dropped one percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007.
